Overnight Trip to Raleigh

It was Dad's annual Raleigh Showcase Softball Tourney in Raleigh.  So, I made a trip up there to watch him coach and to see his team play.  I also got to see my Mom and spend, yet a little more quality time with her.  It's summer time for her so she's off work and is more available to be flexible with her schedule!  When I arrived my Mom's face lit up and Dad gave me and kiss and rubbed on my belly! :) Grammy and Grampy love from outside the womb--Zaylee you have no idea how much you are going to be adored--so fortunate!

As always, being with Mom, we had a full schedule--I think that's how we "relax" by staying busy--how does that even make sense?!?  The Bachellor family was about to get blessed all over again, as if God's miracle growing inside me isn't enough, Mom and Dad brought a TON of stuff down from friends up in Virginia for Zaylee Paige!  And if you don't believe me, I have proof!

Beautiful Car Seat from Honorary Aunt Aimee!
And in the background is a Snap & Go Stroller from Grammy!

Clothes from 0-18 months from Becca & Al!

Swing from Becca & Al!

We also received a plethora more (2 huge tubs to be exact) from a high school friend, Rachel, full of clothes and other miscellaneous "baby stuff" while we were in Raleigh!  We are so grateful for another blessing to help us welcome to the world our Ms. Zaylee! I say SUCCESSFUL TRIP!

The Reveal

First things first on this day, Thursday, June 13, 2013 our little peanut got Patient of the Day Award because the ultrasound technician was able to not only get all of the necessary anatomy pictures but also the little growing human bean had no problem revealing the gender...not modest at all--just like Mom!

Can we get a drum roll please.....we are "tickled pink" to announce....

"Roses are Red Violets are Blue, Momma Has A Vagina, And Baby Does Too!" :) HAHA!

Mom spotted this sign so we had to take advantage!

The Wakefield Tradition continues...now we will have Payton Lee Morrison (3 in November), Rilyn Reese Morrison (due in October), and Zaylee Paige Bachellor (due in November)!  I don't think Grampy Wakefield will ever get a boy in the family!

Zaylee Paige will be the first grandbaby girl on Bach's side of the family so they are uber excited to spoil her rotten!

We are so very blessed and joyous to know that Daddy's Girl is on her way!  She is everything that Bach has ever needed!! :)

We are so thankful for God's blessing!

Here is a video of Daddy finding out about Zaylee Paige

Grammy is coming to town!

The anticipation and excitement has been building for Grammy's arrival to Wilmington for a MUCH NEEDED visit to see me!  This entire past week I have been stressed out and the only thing getting me through is knowing that Mom is coming to save the day, like always!  Thank God she's here!  But, in addition to my much needed Mommy-Daughter time we also get to find out if this little poopsie will carry on the Wakefield tradition and be a precious darling Daddy's Girl or will we change it up and start a Bachellor Revolution with shoulder pads and football helmets and a Momma's Boy with a heart of gold!

....and there she is...to save the day!!

...couldn't be happier...! love you mom!!

Gym...What's that??

So, last time I told you I would get back to you on my newfound motivation to get back in the gym....I think I've been once!  I just can't bring myself to do it!  I am always busy doing something and I'm still playing on a slowpitch softball team so there, there's my justification!  Also, in addition to that justification I also just don't trust myself to scale my workouts properly--I'm one dimensional when I get into the gym--GO HARD OR GO HOME!  This doesn't settle well with the hubby or the human bean I'm growing inside of me!  Until December sometime...no more gym talk and I've decided today, right now, that my guilt will also stay at bay!

These will have to wait to be "used" sometime after the baby...but I still wear them for my walks with the baby!
